WHY THIS MATTERS:
After a difficult network outage that derailed online students and complicated things on campus, Washtenaw Community College decided, after a lengthy review, to oursource IT completely. Now, criticism is rolling in, especially since they aren't keeping any high-touch IT areas like instructional design on campus.
