Job Summary:
Works directly with the Emerging Technologies and Systems Development Team. The Educational Technologist will support a statewide early childhood assessment system and various accompanying online technologies developed by JHU CTE for use across multiple states. The position will support kindergarten teachers, trainers, district and school administrators, and most importantly, district data managers who are responsible for loading teacher, student, and enrollment data from their local jurisdiction into the assessment system. The work involves creating step-by-step user guides and manuals for the district data managers, handling and investigating escalated help desk support tickets, testing new software enhancements, and supporting online webinar trainings.
