- CEDAR RAPIDS, IA-In preparation for launching the industry's first universal education and certification products, the Electronic Systems Professional Alliance (ESPA) has appointed four new board members.
- The four ex officio directors join chairman Chuck Wilson, secretary Don Gilpin, and treasurer Todd Thibodeaux. The new directors are Norah Hammond, senior director of professional development, NSCA; Kerry Moyer, senior director of strategic relations, CEA; Jeff Quint, executive vice president, NSCA; and Margaret Sheehan, senior director of professional development, CEDIA.
- "In order to fulfill ESPA's mission it was important to us that we build a team of people that represent all areas and expertise within the electronic systems industry," said Chuck Wilson, ESPA chairman. "The members of this board have an outstanding record for delivering solutions that drive the industry."
- ESPA anticipates rolling out its education/certification programs in early 2008.
