Detail Design and Fabrication (DD&F), a local creative fabrication studio, has just hired Rich Starr as director of business development.
A Colorado native, Starr is a graduate of the University of Arizona, and has more than 18 years of sales experience. Starr’s successful sales track record for home builders has earned him accolades including a two-time MAME award finalist in the categories "Rookie Salesman of the Year" and "Sales Team of the Year." He has also been recognized as the "Best of the Best" by the Lennar Family of Builders Advisory Council.
DD&F selected Starr for his successful sales resume, great work ethic, and his strong networking skills. “We are confident that Rich is the ideal person to grow DD&F’s client list, and develop relationships with companies that would benefit from having us as a resource,” said Shad Bruce, owner of DD&F.
“We know that businesses are looking to get more for their money and freshen up their brands without having the huge costs of moving, new builds, or undergoing major construction remodels.” said Bruce. “DD&F has a very quick turnaround time when rebranding an existing environment as compared to new construction or a complete remodel. Our ability to value engineer a project is more vital that ever right now. Clients appreciate this from both a time and cost perspective.”
DD&F specialties include innovative signage, interactive exhibits, kiosks, trade show booths, and all aspects of 3D components for interior or exterior environments, such as retail centers, sales offices and sports facilities. Clients include the Arizona Diamondbacks, Pulte Homes, Westcor, and Children’s Museum of Phoenix. For more information, visit www.ddandf.com
