Job Summary:
- Provide leadership and direction for overall audiovisual (AV) operations on behalf of ASU’s Customer Service and Support. This includes maintenance and support for University and departmentally-contracted classrooms and conference rooms, and AV hardware and software support for the public computing sites. Performs a variety of activities necessary to provide classroom instructional technology and multimedia support to end users to ensure proper and effective operations.
