Thornhill, Ontario -- Media Dynamics' Eastern Campus, the licensed private career college for home and car audio and electronics installation technicians, recently moved to its new 20,000-square-foot campus a mile from its previous location to facilitate its expanding career training for U.S. and international students wanting to enter the residential custom home installation and electronics field. This marks the third corporate home in the past 15 years and represents a doubling in area over its current location.
While the company has grown steadily over the past decade, new key areas of growth have pushed the company into a desperate need for more space. "Since establishing our core Mobile Electronics program as the industry standard in the early 1990s, we have added several other programs that expand our support of the consumer electronics industry," commented Derek Lee, president. He was referring to the addition of new courses including L6 (system design and sales), Phase X and Phase XX (advanced fabrication skills for installers), and Sport Tuning (retail after-market vehicle enhancements). The company's Media Dynamics Residential Systems program continues to grow and is becoming a key hiring source for new custom home electronics installers specializing in home theater, distributed audio, video and automation.
