MELVILLE, NY-ADI celebrated the grand opening of its new northeast hub located in Feura Bush, NY. This new distribution center expands ADI's presence in the northeast, recognizes the growth that's underway and gives it the capacity to better serve branches and customers in the region.
At nearly 135,000 square feet, this new hub directly supports 25 ADI branches who work with customers throughout the northeast. This expanded facility houses an abundance of inventory to ensure local branches are fully stocked at all times. Dealers will benefit from increased availability of products and the convenience of one-day delivery anywhere in the northeast. The hub features an advanced radio frequency (RF) picking and packing process that will reduce order times, improve order quality to branches and customers and give ADI the advantage of operating more effectively. By opening this new facility, additional space and resources will be available at other ADI hubs to increase inventory and improve delivery times across the entire U.S.
"The opening of this new hub reflects ADI's continued commitment to better serve its customers, and the security and low voltage industry," said Yvonne Hao, vice president of North America at ADI. "The grand opening of our new Albany hub is significant to ADI, as it supports our growth and helps to provide enhanced value to our dealers."
