- L-ACOUSTICS US has promoted Bob Alumbaugh to the position of quality assurance and customer service. Previously he served as assistant manager of production.
- In his new role, Alumbaugh will be responsible for a variety of duties, including supervising quality control, maintaining test equipment, handling return authorizations, managing materials acquisitions and production flow, and, of course, liaising with end users as the manufacturer's primary customer service contact.

"As the owner of a small production company and longtime mix engineer, Bob brings plenty of real world experience to his position as well as a good understanding of what our end users' needs are.
