Jeffrey Cox Technologies (Booth 6501) announced sweeping changes in the company’s structure, as it essentially split the company into two sections: a Pro Audio Group and a Music Gear Group.
Jeffrey Cox, vice president of the Pro Audio Group, made the announcement yesterday, explaining that the new entity under his direction will include EAW, Martin Audio, and the Pro Audio Software/Hardware Development Group, which will support the two loudspeaker companies.
Previously, engineering, brand management and production management functions were all pooled, using shared resources. Now the Whitinsville, USA EAW Engineering team is headed by Jeff Rocha, who will also take on EAW product management responsibilty; the High Wycombe, UK-based Martin Audio Engineering team is headed by Jason Baird; and the Victoria, Canada-based Pro Audio Software/Hardware Development Group is headed by Chris Jubien.
