ATLANTA, GA--Cypress Communications announced its partnership with Lauth, one of the nation's largest real estate developers. Through this partnership, Cypress Communications will deliver its award-winning hosted VoIP and unified communications solution, C4 IP, to Lauth's corporate and field offices and acquire certain assets and customers of Lauth's wholly-owned subsidiary, Leapfrog Communications, LLC. This partnership will also allow Cypress to provide its fully managed communication services to tenants in Lauth-owned buildings.
Included in the acquisition of Leapfrog's assets are the company's network operations center, data center, and service contracts with Leapfrog subscribers. The partnership with Lauth and the acquisition of the Leapfrog customers will double Cypress' Indianapolis customer base.
"We are very excited about the building of a strong partnership with one of the nation's leading real estate developers," said Steve Schilling, president and chief executive officer at Cypress Communications. "Lauth innovation is widely respected, and it's an honor to have the opportunity to deliver state-of-the-art communications solutions to their organization and the tenants in their buildings."
"Lauth found a partner in Cypress that is experienced and committed to providing our tenants comprehensive and reliable communications solutions." said Gregory Gurnik, chief executive officer of Lauth. "We look forward to working with Cypress as the preferred communications provider at INTECH Park and Lauth developments nationwide."
Effective April 1, Cypress began managing the communications of Leapfrog customers. Additionally, Leapfrog customers gained access to Cypress Communications' full portfolio of products and services, including bundled voice and data options, unified messaging and comprehensive VoIP and unified communication solutions.
