- LAS VEGAS, NV--I.C.G. announced they have deployed a wireless digital signage network in the Double Helix Wine Bar. The Double Helix Wine Bar has been open since The Shoppes at Palazzo, located on the second floor, debuted approximately one year ago. Raymond Nisi, co-founder and managing partner of Double Helix was looking for a solution that would draw additional attention to the bar, provide additional entertainment for the clientele, a way to educate wine enthusiasts of all levels, and ultimately advertise and promote specials, events, and tastings.
- Due to the unique, free-standing concept at Double Helix Wine Bar, this installation required as unobtrusive infrastructure as possible to deploy the solution, and ultimately wireless was deemed necessary to provide the proper solution. “I.C.G.’s Wireless Digital Signage Solution allows us to enhance our customer base and experience, and was installed in less than one day, all while continuing to keep the bar open and run operations as usual.” Said Raymond Nisi.
- The I.C.G. deployment at Double Helix consists of four high definition LCD panels, all equipped with a ViFi Adapter, receiving a live audio/video feed over wireless from I.C.G.’s MobileMedia System. Two of the screens are showing live Cable TV streamed over the WLAN, over-laid with Double Helix images, content, and advertisements. The second set of screens are playing various wine and travel educational videos, Double Helix facts, specials and events, as well as local and national advertising campaigns. “We are thrilled to have the opportunity to work with Double Helix in The Shoppes at The Palazzo” said Kurtis Van Horn, President of I.C.G. “It is this type of environment that exemplifies the flexibility, scalability, ease of installation, and true core of what our solution provides.”
