- Seattle, WA -- ActiveLight and Projector Wholesale Supply (PWS) have combined products and services, and both will now operate under the ActiveLight brand.

- ActiveLight and PWS customers will experience no change in service, and will enjoy an expansion of product options, expertise and solutions as a result of the consolidation. Employees of both companies will be retained in existing or similar roles within the new operating structure. Both companies are based in Poulsbo, WA, near Seattle, and operate as part of the Powder Hill Group.
- Brad Gleeson will continue to operate as president of ActiveLight, while Jill Miller, former president of PWS will now work directly with Gleeson and the executive team as executive vice president.
