- The QMOD-HD accepts HD VGA and Component analog video plus digital or stereo audio, and converts the inputs into a 720p/1080i MPEG2 digital media stream. Then, using the same technology as TV and cable broadcasters, the unit formats and amplifies the signal as an agile QAM digital cable channel.
