CEDAR RAPIDS, IA--This past year has provided system integrators with a variety of challenges -- a poor economy, rising costs to conduct business and high unemployment rates. However, systems contractors continue to thrive through this adversity and show exceptional achievements. Integrators who have demonstrated outstanding success during the past year are encouraged to share their expertise with peers by applying for NSCA’s Excellence in Business Awards.
The awards will be presented at the 2010 NSCA Business & Leadership Conference, sponsored by InfoComm International, February 25-27, in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Winners will receive one free admission ($899 value) as well as recognition throughout the year in various NSCA and industry publications.
Customers, business partners and peers are encouraged to nominate systems integrators who have excelled in one of the following categories:
• Growth Strategies
• Professional Development
• Strategic Advancement
• Project Development
• Marketing Strategies
• Education of Allied Professionals
• Recurring Revenue
• Fiscal Responsibility
• Philanthropic Contributions
Self-nominations are also accepted. Submissions are due December 31. The NSCA Business and Leadership Conference Committee will announce the winners on January 15, 2009.
“Integrators successfully navigated through what is the new reality of business,” said Chuck Wilson, NSCA executive director. “NSCA is pleased to honor those who have made wise business decisions through creative, flexible and focused decision-making.”
Four companies will be selected and recognized at the opening ceremony of the Business & Leadership Conference.
