- HOUSTON, TX--Integrated AV Systems, LLC doing business in Texas as CCS Presentation Systems -Texas, announced that it has purchased a majority interest in New Orleans-based audio visual company, Creative Presentations.
- This new venture creates an expanded territory for the company, which currently has five offices throughout the state in Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio and Tyler. Integrated AV (dba CCS Texas), serves customers in the corporate, government and educational institutions including Rice University, University of Texas and K-12 school districts throughout Texas. Other projects include the Texas Department of Transportation and the new Boone Pickens football stadium at Oklahoma State University.

- Creative Presentations has been wholly-owned and operated by Barry and Susan Edwards for nearly 20 years and is the largest AV integrator in Louisiana. With customers ranging from the Louisiana Department of Transportation, Governor’s Office of Homeland Security and Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Creative Presentations has a solid business model that will meld seamlessly with the efforts in Texas.

- Creative Presentations will retain its name after the acquisition and Barry Edwards will continue as President of Creative Presentations. No staffing changes will take place. Terms of the transaction are not being disclosed.
- Integrated AV and Creative Presentations serve customers in the corporate, government and educational sectors. The company sells, installs and services equipment as well as trains clients to use AV technology. Both organizations offer multiple product lines to enhance presentation effectiveness and customer experiences including interactive SMART Boards, LCD and plasma displays, projectors and projection screens.
