- Vutec recently debuted Fusion-HD, a rigid multi-layered acrylic screen for digital signage, representing the latest engineering advancement in rear-projection screen technology within the company’s upscale Vision-X brand.
- “Fusion-HD performance begins with a superior High-Definition image and a higher contrast ratio that is designed for today’s HD projectors and high-resolution image files,” said Kevin Baisley, Vutec’s vice president of sales & marketing.
- “Available in custom sizes, Fusion-HD by Vutec has an off axis viewing area with excellent ambient light rejection for varied-room or digital display applications,” added Howard Sinkoff, Vutec’s president.
- Fusion-HD can be custom designed to fit any application with a pre-assembled frame, or can be suspended from any ceiling structure, the company said. Standard sizes include 16:9, 16:10, 2.35:1 and 4:3 aspect ratios.
- “Fusion-HD delivers whiter whites and crisp, color saturation — even in uncontrolled lighting environments,” said Sinkoff. “Its durable scratch resistant multi-layer design diffuses the image evenly across the entire screen surface to create exceptional screen uniformity, clarity and high image resolution.”
- In other news, the company announced the relocation of its headquarters from Pompano Beach to a larger, more modern facility with 102,195 square feet of space in Coral Springs, FL.
- “The company’s growth and an increase in our workforce necessitated the move to a larger environment,” said Sinkoff. “We will now be able to easily accommodate the needs of Vutec’s dealers and distributors and the growth of all our functional units, including product development and manufacturing.”
