SEATTLE, WA—Symetrix will now host two free webinars a month. Senior systems support engineer Ryan Curtright has been hosting Webinar Master Classes once a month for nearly a year on advanced aspects of SymNet, Integrator Series, and Air- Tools technology. On November 11, systems support engineer Mark Ullrich kicked off his monthly Webinar Master Class, with content geared toward professionals who are new to Symetrix products. Interested participants can obtain a link to attend a webinar by contacting Symetrix tech support.
Many of Curtright’s classes have addressed advanced topics of interest to SymNet users who are already familiar with its infrastructure, including some recent examples, remote servicing and monitoring of 31 rings of SymNet over WAN, DTMF decoders, and eight BGM combiner modules.
As more professionals recognize the advantages of SymNet, Integrator Series, and other Symetrix products, there is a growing need for similar training at a more basic level. By comparison, Ullrich’s first webinar covered such topics as SymLink vs. CobraNet, RS-232 communication, and cabling requirements,
“At Symetrix, we strive to offer the most comprehensive training options in our industry,” said Paul Roberts, director of sales and marketing. “The webinars are part of our ‘Syminar’ total training solution that offers self-paced online training, customized online training (Hosted Syminars), topic-based online training (Master Classes), and in-person training seminars. We are pleased to continue adding more ways to learn about our system of solutions with a second monthly online Webinar Master Class.”
