DPI iVision Projectors With VIDI Technology
Digital Projection International’s (DPI) entire single-chip projector line is now available with VIDI technology. DPI offers over 35 products within its iVision 20 and iVision 30 projector platforms, along with seven distinct dVision models. Incredibly bright for their small size, iVisions produce up to 3700 lumens and 5000:1 contrast, while the dVisions produce up to 6500 lumens and contrast ratios of up to 7500:1. VIDI is a Philips innovation developed in close cooperation with Texas Instruments in order to optimize the image performance of DLP-based projectors for both video and data applications. VIDI electronics activate the UHP lamp by way of a two-pulse system: one brilliant pulse and one dark pulse.

Martin Audio ASX Subwoofer
According to the company, Martin Audio’s ASX floormounted active installation subwoofer is fully capable of producing the highest SPL ever from a single low-frequency enclosure housing a single drive unit. The massive ASX enclosure houses a patented 21-inch transducer, Class D amplifier with 8.5kW peak power, and full DSP. Combining the transducer, amplifier, and DSP doubles the output capability of a conventionally driven loudspeaker driver of the same size. When incorporated into a Martin Audio Hybrid horn design, the complete system can deliver an unsurpassed 152 dB peak output from a single enclosure. This is typically greater than what can be achieved by two 2 x 18-inch conventionally driven, reflex subwoofers.
