MIDDLETON, WI—Intelix will relocate its manufacturing and administration operations to a portion of the former Full Compass building, a 75,000- square-foot campus in Middleton, WI. Intelix anticipates being fully relocated by April 2010.
Intelix will relocate to a new facility in Middleton, WI next year.
“The timing on this project was perfect,” explained Steve Cohan, Intelix CEO. “Intelix and Full Compass both saw the need for larger facilities. [Full Compass] just completed construction on their new facility, leaving a state-of-the-art complex looking for another high-tech tenant.”
The relocation will allow Intelix to grow its workforce, including the addition of new sales and engineering positions. “Our current location stymies growth,” said Maggie Ellison, Intelix human relations coordinator. “We continue to add staff and we anticipate growing our employee base by at least 10 percent in the next six months. Our current location is completely maxed out. The new facility is ideal.”
