HOUSTON, TX—Integrated AV Systems, LLC, doing business in Texas as CCS Presentation Systems-Texas, has purchased a majority interest in New Orleans, LA-based audiovisual company, Creative Presentations. This new venture creates an expanded territory for the company, which currently has five offices throughout the state in Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, and Tyler.
Creative Presentations has been wholly owned and operated by Barry and Susan Edwards for nearly 20 years and is the largest AV integrator in Louisiana. With customers ranging from the Louisiana Department of Transportation, Governor’s Office of Homeland Security and Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Creative Presentations has a solid business model that will meld seamlessly with the efforts in Texas.
Creative Presentations will retain its name after the acquisition, and Barry Edwards will continue as president. No staffing changes will take place. Terms of the transaction are not being disclosed.
