Below are some of the results pertaining to the overall health of this segment of the industry. - Revenue from Rental & Staging Services
- Most respondents (60 percent) get 60 percent or more of their total gross revenue from Rental & Staging
- services;
- Average revenue from Rental & Staging services-60 percent (versus 72 percent in Q2 2005, and 63 percent in Q1 2005).
- Revenue Changes from Q2 04 to Q2 05
- Average increase in Rental & Staging revenue for Q2 2005 (compared to the same quarter in previous year) was eight percent (same as in last quarter, comparing Q1 for 2004 and 2005);
- A third of companies (34 percent) are experiencing increases in Rental & Staging revenue of 15 percent or more;
- Very few companies (14 percent) saw revenue decrease.
