IRVINE, CA--With the opening of a new technical training center in Corona, CA Digital Networks Group has taken another step to significantly increase the level of customer service for its growing Southern California client base.
"With a technical services staff of more than 50 people, we saw this facility as a must if we are to provide a consistent level of field excellence as we expand our customer base. Neither our vendors nor industry programs could provide the level of hands on training and frequency of training needed for our expanding work force. Best of all, DNG's learning center will allow DNG to provide hands on training to multiple technicians simultaneously -- plus provide certifications in a shorter time frame," states Chris Ursetta, Co-Founder and head of Technical Services at Digital Networks Group.
The learning center will allow engineers, project managers, and technicians to learn vital skills in a live customer environment. These tasks range from installing and programming AV equipment to wiring and labeling a complete AV System in preparation for final customer sign-off. Digital Networks Group plans to continually rotate its technical teams through this facility to insure the staff learns the latest product installation techniques available in the AV industry.
"We are absolutely thrilled to have our own training center in place. This will raise our customer service level to new heights and allow DNG to install equipment more efficiently, which we expect will save DNG time -- and our customer's money. In times of economic slow-downs, producing these efficiencies is more critical now than ever," explains Chris Ursetta. He continues, "In this era of rising wages, tighter project implementation schedules, and increasing competition, we are doing everything possible to remain competitive.
