- Broadsign International announced at the Digital Signage Expo that Patrick (Rick) J. Engels will join their organization as President and Chief Operating Officer. He comes to Broadsign from Petters Group Worldwide, where he served as their CFO and Media/Marketing portfolio manager. Petters Group is the largest shareholder of BroadSign International.
- Engels is assuming leadership of Broadsign at a time when adoption of digital signage as a medium and demand for digital signage software are accelerating globally. He will operate from the new BroadSign corporate headquarters in Minnetonka, MN, located at the main administrative offices of Petters Group Worldwide.
